Implementation partners are responsible for a number of crucial activities that are carried out prior to and after the purchase of ArisCAT system. First, the system must be implemented. Then its future users must be trained accordingly and user support must be provided for.
Implementation is an important first step carried out by our partners. During this stage parameters that determine the operation of the application in the framework of a given company are set; modules that cover various business processes are activated; and users are assigned authorizations for executing procedures.
The second stage encompasses user training. This service is also handled by CATHEDRAL Software partners that are familiar with individual ArisCAT modules and are also acquainted with company operations. They know what to teach end users. Transfer of knowledge to users is an extremely important part of the process since this is the only way of how to benefit from everything ArisCAT has to offer.
The last activity that implementation partners carry out is system maintenance. Some maintenance activities are carried out online via CATHEDRAL's development center while others are provided by our partners. Because you can request some maintenance services on order, users have to make arrangements with partner beforehand and sign a contract covering details of maintenance.
