Cathedral® software provides a comprehensive software information system, ArisCAT, for the design, ordering, and pricing of shades, blinds, and awnings, louvers and other window treatment products. Since virtually every window treatment is a custom product, with a huge number of designs, color, dimensions, control mechanisms, etc., the overall process requires multiple interactions between the installer and the customer, and the installer and the manufacturer. The resulting process is time consuming and there are many opportunities for miscommunication or error. Mistakes at any point frustrate customers, and cost time, money and reputation to the installer and manufacturer. ArisCAT allows the installer - in one single customer visit - to design, price and visualize a product, and on approval, complete an order.
