Service is used in case of system function breakdown as a complex, that can not be corrected by distant administration service. By service intervention is necessary to carry out a preventive system maintenance, which involves hardware control, setting of operation system and setting of other additional applications or library, that are necessery for running of information system. This service can be ordered also seperately, by intensive run of system is also recommended to carry out this maintenance once a month. The result of service intervention is re-setting and re-running of system to full function status.
