Basic information about system
The system ArisCAT is the complete information system for trading and production companies. It contains extended possibility of customer records (CMR), easy and fast creation of offers, order management and management of job-order manufacture and production on stock. It makes possible to keep unlimited quantity of stocks and to organize material and goods into stock groups. Executive output and statistical data can be arbitrarily edited and exported to Microsoft Office documents. The program user can by himself change the print files and masks for configuration of products. The customers can use the integrated internet shop, which can be modified by the producer to his ideas.

Strukture of system ArisCAT
Detail information about single program units
grafCustomers
The program unit Customers serves to record of customer's contacts. It gives information about contact persons, firm domicile, realized turnover and customer's balance of payment.It is possible to set for example an implicit currency of orders, discounts and excess charges for single products and other settings.
grafSuppliers
The program unit Suppliers serves to record of supplier's companies. It enables to create statistic data for single suppliers.
grafOffers / Orders
It enables to create price offers very efficiently, after their confirmation to transfer them to order and later also to production. Further gives the program unit information about realized payments and created documents to single orders.
grafProduction
This program unit enables to plan future production according to orders or according to past production and to plan consumption of row material according to consumption standards (production prescriptions) and current store situation. It controls a production preparation, evaluates realized production, preparation of day production, follows long term production plan and row material consumption, planned and produced quantity.
grafMounters
The program unit Mounters provides a summary of all mounters, that work for given company, their price parameters, realized turnover and other statistical information.
grafDocuments
The program unit Documents contains a list of all created documents:- receipt cards and requisition – every movement of goods on the stock (re-duction/addition) is recorded here, for example purchasing of ware on stock, in actions re-duction/addition of ware by production of order. In the single program unit is possible to add a new document, edit or cancel the present document.
- issued and accepted invoices – all billing of company can be realized in this program unit. There is a possibility of using transmission function as a transmission from different document type or automatical creation of invoices in terms of basic information from order.
Stock
In the program unit Stock you can devide all product into one or more stocks, stock groups and subgroups.In the single stocks you can define stock cards, purchasing definitions (stock number and description of main supplier), purchasing, consumption and sale prices and the other settings.Conversion units (for example: 1 role = 30 m) and definition of fast material conversion can be set here.
grafConfiguration
It serves to settinng of all system parameters from definition of products, printing files, users actions to central parameter setting.
grafUsers
It sets the access right to users for access to single program units and their rights for reading, data entering and starting of users actions.
grafStatistics
The program unit serves to detailed analysis of business, production and financial flows of company.
grafPayments
The program unit enables to record realized payments (cash or cashless transfers) and paired them with the issued invoices. Cashless payments can be compiled also from files of internet homebanking. For cash payments it creates the balancing of dumper and control mechanism to avoid defalcation.
grafInternet portal
It serves as an information portal for customers. It enables to create enquiries, displays to customers the calculated offers, progress of the order realisation, expedition, issued invoices and their turnover and balance of payment.

We have begun a cooperation with the company LCS International a.s., that is a producer of the information system Helios. The aim of this cooperation is a development and a subsequent distribution of an integrated module for the system Helios enabling to process also business cases with hardly configurable products such as sun-blinds, gates and plastic windows. A key functionality is taken over from our system ArisCAT.

To the information system ArisCAT it was integrated a component FastCube. The component FastCube is an efficient OLAP instrument for gaining of an accurate statistical information in real-time. It was created a module for manager analyses (Bussines Intelligence) using this component.

To the information system ArisCAT it was integrated a new component SuperGrid. It enables easy organization of data tables and data editation. It supports advanced data filtration, sorting, export to documents Microsoft Excel and many other functions.

In Systemu AriSCAT in the program unit Expedition is now allowed to use mobile terminals with display, that avoid a faulty despatch of parcels.

The new program unit Cash register enables an easy sale of stock material. The sale can be made more effective by using of scanners of bar code.

The program unit Expedition has been fundamentally expanded. It enables now to file the despatched parcels and their content (items of the order).

The order application ArisCAT on the internet is now faster and well-arranged.

The order application ArisCAT on the internet is now multilingual. The users of system ArisCAT can contact now also the customers in German speaking countries. At the same time there was also added possibility of printing from these application and possibility of exporting documents to format PDF.

Internet portal of system ArisCAT was completed.
